WorkSource is hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist to perform a Customer Service Administrator role within a growing company. This individual will possess a positive and helpful attitude and is professional with a friendly approach. You will perform HR administrative duties including greeting clients, visitors, and quests, as well as customer service correspondence, orientation, and onboarding for all newly hired employees.
  • Customer Service Response roles: email, phone, greeting visitors.
  • Maintains filing systems and office supplies.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings for HR and cross-functional department teams.
  • Assist HR in interviewing, training, and onboarding new employees!
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and employment documentation and filing.
  • Assisting the HR Specialist / Recruiter with reviewing applications, conducting intake interviews, and screening candidates for employment.
  • Learns and manages the HRIS.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English communication, both verbal and written
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • HR Experience preferred, but not required
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to work independently.
