WorkSource is currently partnered with a lawn mower blade manufacturer located around 12th street near 435. This manufacturing company was founded in 1940, and is an internationally recognized supplier. We are hiring for both 1st and 2nd shift Blaster Operators, or machine operators. The ideal candidate is capable of fast paced and repetitive work, interested in a positive team culture, and looking for a long-term home. $17.50 to start, +$1.30 differential for 2nd1st shift 6a-4p M-Thur | 2nd shift 4p-2a M-Thur Responsibilities of the Blaster Operator
  • Push a bin of blades down an aisle, about 25 feet.
  • Set the bin, operate the loader.
  • Start/stop the Blaster equipment.
  • Sort the blades out manually. There are four types of blades, and each goes into a separate bin.
Requirements of the Blaster Operator
  • at least 3 months experience in a similar manufacturing environment i.e., assembly, production, manufacturing, or packaging.
  • lift/carry up to 35 lbs frequently.
  • stand for 10-hour shift.
  • English fluency for safety, training, and documentation purposes.
