JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource is staffing for an extremely busy Fabrication and Machine Shop looking for experienced CNC Machinists. The ideal candidate has worked with both mills and lathes, including large horizontal and vertical mills, and has experience figuring out their own setups as necessary. Someone who loves to make chips fly and solve problems.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITES
- Operate large HBMs
- Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
- Sett up over-sized work pieces. 3 point setup and setting up parts in a relaxed state.
- Pay $23-$33 depending on experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
- CNC programming and editing experience required, G-code and M-code
- Familiarity with older Fanuc controls (18M0 and new 30iB control preferred
- Ability to read ID/OD micrometers and calipers
- Self-motivated and positive minded
