JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource is currently hiring for a customer service representative. This is a call center position for a car part distributorship in Lenexa KS. They’ve built a company that values integrity, loyalty, family and fun. Call center experience is preferred but not required. This is an onsite direct placement. 

JOB FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITES
  • Answering customer calls, and responding to questions regarding products and orders
  • Managing a customer database system. Appropriate notation and problem solving
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
  • Strong customer service abilities. Experience and a proven track record preferred
  • Time management skills
  • The ability to type 30+ WPM minimum
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish, not required, but preferred
  • Must pass all applicable background checks
