JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource needs Post Construction Cleaners to provide janitorial duties on recently constructed job sites. This is a temporary position lasting 2-3 months. Hours are dependent upon job needs but are primarily day shift hours between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. 
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITES
  • Detail cleaning of all surfaces upon completion of construction. 
  • Window washing. 
  • Removal of excess items during construction. 
  • Covering regular cleaning duties when needed
  • Some work could require this team member to ride in/drive a company vehicle with supplies for the work that day or night.
  • Application and removal of Acrylic floor finish. 
  • Burnishing hard surface flooring. 
  • Application and removal of Urethane floor finish. 
  • Deep scrub and extraction of Ceramic Tile flooring and other non-finish floors. 
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
  • On the job training 
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions. 
  • Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. daily without assistance.  
  • Must be able to maneuver heavy equipment to/from/on the job 
  • Prior post construction cleaning experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation 
  • Must be 18 or older. 
  • A background check will be necessary
