Responsibilities of the Driver Crew Lead
Planning for the day ahead. Logistics for work orders (How much equipment, how many helpers, what schedule etc.)
Driving equipment all throughout the city while communicating with supervisors, clients and crew. Good sense of direction. Class E license.
Physically fit and capable of safely and quickly setting up event tents. Working out doors, long hours, lots of bending and twisting.
Committed. During busy season, frequent 60, 65 hour weeks, weekends, night jobs. During January 40 hours are available if someone is flexible, good time to take time off, work 30s.
Benefits of the Driver Crew Lead.
Pay starts at $15 with lots of overtime. A self starter could be making anywhere from $17-$25 within the first year. Its been done.
There is additional pay available for a candidate with auto-mechanic experience, willing to take responsibility for vehicles, oil changes, trailer wiring, etc.
Company has grown an average of 20% a year for the last 17 years, great place to move up, lots of stability.
There is a need for someone able to organize and keep organized a 15, 000 square foot warehouse, with corresponding pay.

Requirements of the Driver Crew Lead
Some projects take place on a military base, must have a clean record.
Clean driving record, must be auto-insurable.
Must be able to pass a D.O.T. drug screen.
Physically fit. Detail oriented. Basic math skills required.
