JOB SUMMARY
Do you have Janitorial, floor care experience?  Are you looking for an opportunity to grow, lead a small team, and work for a well-established, successful company?  Our partner is looking for a Director of Special Services to help lead the Special Services team. JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must have experience with floor care equipment and processes. 
  • Willing to be trained on Microbial and SPMC processes. 
  • Monitor continued progress of licensees.
  • 1-2 years of janitorial experience and knowledge of/experience using floor care and general janitorial equipment is required.  (Buffing, stripping, waxing floors, carpet extractions, etc).
  • Utilize specialized equipment in the field including testing machines and test swabs, specialized application equipment, a steamer, and other equipment as needed.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Must have management experience.
  • Monitor training requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • 10% Travel Required 
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
