JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource is currently hiring for a Fabrication Shop Supervisor for Night Shift interested in working with assemblies for machined parts of 40,0000 pounds plus.  
JOB FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITES
  • Assign daily work to Fabrication personnel
  • Maintain production schedules
  • General assistance to Fitters and/or Welders
  • Communicate with other department supervisors in coordination with production needs.
  • Interview, train, evaluate and discipline employees
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
  • Extensive experience with understanding Fabrication drawings
  • Operate shop equipment; cranes/hoist, forklift, weld machines, etc.
  • Knowledge of Fabrication and Welding principals
  • Ability to lead and motivate 15+ employees
