Job Description

WorkSource is currently staffing for a Plastics form manufacturer in the Independence area. These are CNC machines, but the operator will not be responsible for changeovers. This is an entry level position. The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive tasks. The pay will vary, $15-$20 depending on experience. There are both day shift, 7a-3:30p M-F positions available, as well as 2nd shift, 3:30p-2a M-Th positions.Machin Operator Responsibilities
  • Must meet production standards. Keep the machine going!
  • Responsible for workstation
  • Product quality, packaging, and logging
  • Communicate well with supervisor
  • Occasional janitorial
  • Responsibilities are not limited to these. Must follow instructions.
Machine Operator Requirements
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to understand basic verbal instructions
  • Physically capable of standing or sitting in place for eight hours and occasionally lifting 15 lbs.
Machine Operator Benefits
