Job Description

Pay: $16/hrHours: 7am - 4:30pmThe primary purpose of this position is to provide support in the production efforts of the plant through sanitation duties under direct supervision.  This position may be called to assist all aspects of the production area and efforts during periods of staffing shortages.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   
  1. Effectively performs all sanitation responsibilities including (but not limited to) keeping work area, equipment, and tools, clean and safe for production functions per written instructions.  
  2. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend basic English.
  3. Follow all GMP required procedures and practices. 
  4. Must follow all standard operating procedures and safety procedures. 
  5. Must follow instructions, specific procedures and protocols, and adhere to policies to ensure the highest quality of product and a safe work environment. 
  6. Assist operations with various projects, as applicable. 
  7. Follows and maintains an environment of food and/or feed safety in compliance with rules and regulations, as applicable.
