Job Description

Property Maintenance tech needed in Liberty, MO. $16-$18/hr depending on experience and certifications. Typical hours are 830am to 530pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Will be completing light maintenance, light electrical, painting, lawn care, and other duties as assigned. HVAC certification preferred. Valid driver license required. Looking for someone who is reliable and will show up when scheduled. Must have own hand and power tools. Post offer background check and drug screen is required.
